The architectural project integrate the first level with its surounding environment.

The new proposal for social housing is located in the historic center of Medellin city, it is part of a new master plan to restore this downtown sector, broadly damaged by indigence, the arrival of informal retail market and the different factors that make this sector one of the most complex and difficult social environment (violence, prostitution and drug addiction).
